Marietta Accident Lawyer | DUI Fatalities Down Nationwide
The National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration reports that DUI fatalities were down 3.7 percent from 13,491 to 12,998. The statistics were based on accidents where the at-fault driver had a breath alcohol content of .08 or higher.Surprisingly, motorcycle DUI fatalities rose slighty in the same time frame.
