Carrolton DUI Accident - Father And Two Sons Hit Head-on By DUI Drunk Driver

This personal injury action originated when a father and two sons were hit head-on by a drunk driver on North Park Street in Carrollton, Georgia.  The drunk driver crossed the median of the four-lane highway on a rainy night.  The father saw the car coming and attempted to get out of the way.  Unfortunately he couldn't get out of the drunk drivers way.  A violet head-on  collision ensued resulting in personal injuries to all parties.  After initial treatment at Tanner Medical Center one of the boys was Life-Flighted to Eggleston Children's Hospital.

One little boy suffered a broken back which included non-displaced fractures to his thoracic vertabrae.  The other little boy broke every bone in his face described as a "blow-out fracture".  Fortunately both boys made full recoveries from the injuries they sustained in this DUI accident.
