Elberton Man Suffers Herniated Disc in Rear-end Collission

This personal injury case resulted from an auto accident where the at-fault driver was guilty of following too close and failing to keep a reasonable look out.  My client was stopped waiting to turn into his driveway off of ____ Hightway.  The at-fault driver was traveling atleast 45 mph on ___ Highway behind my client when he barreled into him.  The force of the impact knocked my client's car off the highway, thru a ditch and up an embankment on the other side.

My client went to the emergency room where he was diagnosed with cervical, thoracic and lumbar strains/sprains.  He followed up his emergency room treatment with treatment at an Athens chiropractor who referred my client out for an MRI of his lumbar spine.  The MRI revealed disk herniations in the form of protusions in his lumber spine.
