Powder Springs DUI Hit and Run Accident - Man Injures Eye When Struck Head-On

This personal injury action arose when a DUI drunk driver crossed the center line of Mars Hill Road and struck another driver head-on.  After the impact the drunk driver fled the scene of the accident.  Police officers located the drunk driver's abandoned truck about a 1/2 mile away.  The drunk driver fled on foot.
